Coaching Programme Offers Three Levels

1- Coaching package Sustain (4 weeks coaching package) It includes:

1-1- First session (90 minutes) - Mindset shift education and discover and decide the direction for the coaching session and the required outcomes expected from the coaching sessions.

1-2- Three - sixty minutes coaching sessions.

1-3- Bi weekly Mindcising (Recorded audio) is included with coaching sessions.

1-4- Meditations and worksheets were provided.

1-5- Two NLP sessions were included over 4 weeks.

1-6- One Free Voxer Support from Monday - Friday.

1-7- Bi-Weekly RTT Sessions

1-8- Future support included even after 4 weeks over emails & Voxer.

1-9- Free community.

Price - £500 per month

2- Coaching Package Thrive (8 weeks coaching programme) It includes:

2-1 First session (90 minutes) - Mindset shift education and discover and decide the direction for the coaching session and the required outcomes expected from the coaching sessions.

2-2- Seven 60 minutes coaching sessions.

2-3- Bi-weekly Mindcising (Recorded audio) is included with coaching sessions.

2-4- Meditations and worksheets were provided.

2-5- Four NLP sessions were included over 8 weeks.

2-6- Free Voxer Support from Monday - Friday.

2-7- Bi-Weekly RTT Sessions.

3- Coaching Package Transform (12 weeks coaching programme) It includes:

3-2- Eleven 60 minutes coaching sessions.
